One more question...were you as sad as I was to hear that Carlton Varney died recently? I fear gorgeous, grand interiors will be lost in the desert without him.

As something of a train buff, I thought liking steam engines was an old regular white guy thing. There is a Phoebe Snow society which is an avowedly gay bunch of rail fans (the train a certain blues singer stole her name from, and which the group takes its name, used to run near enough to shake my house as a kid), but I hadn't though of liking steam engines as being at all a gay thing.
You're probably into the Art Deco ones which, let us be frank, bear a striking resemblance to actual dick.

HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA
Oh, that was good!
I do like Art Deco and the streamliners, but I like all of them. Great big Big Boys with their huge powerful ugliness, puffing little shunters.
One of the things I like most about them is that they're "honest"---you can see all the working parts rotating and whirling and pushing and pulling. Give me cams and push rods and governors gyrating around and I'm happy.
Straight man, love Madge… you’re soaking in it. When I was younger As the World Turns and GH were part of my daily ritual. That Kinks song from We are the Village Green… it’s got a good steam train song on it. Sure classic cars. Some Madonna. Oh, my own dick. Just right eyebrow plucking. Anyway, thought of this post as just listened to Mandy Patinkin album and now listening too Sinead Am I not your Girl with my girlfriend, Jedi mindfuck starting to wear off… cat on chest…
Add "All things Halloween" and you've got my best friend, Cody.
Correct.
Décor…and lots of close girlfriends who appear totally at ease (knowing they are physically safe).
(My beloved step-grandson in college.)
Haha! Excellent. So glad we ladies have someone to count on when our diet pills wear off. Straight men just don't get that.
I'd add pressed sheets. Is that a thing?
Yes.
With light starch.

I'm afraid I don't know who that is.
Oh, sorry. My bad. The interior designer who was mentored by Dorothy Draper and designed The Greenbrier and many hotels in Palm Beach.
I must not be a gay man. I don't like any of those things except Dr. Laura and dick 🤣. And you. I like you.
Ha ha! But what about my beloved Pet Shop Boys? Did they never make it in the US? ☺️
It's not a complete list, of course!
They made it here. I'm a huge fan. Most gay men my generation were.

Ah, another gay straight man. I've been meeting a lot of you lately and you're pretty cool!
Enjoy being owned by cats.
Madge is a total sociopath.
