I suggest you try to interview Ed Dutton, aka The Jolly Heretic here on Substack and YouTube. He posted a vid about the reaction to the election earlier today, and I think you’d enjoy his perspective. I also bet each of you would attract new subscribers from the other’s readership.
“In the bigger picture, as a whole person, what I want to see is a gradual return to normal.”
————————
“Normal” must include acceptance of the following:
Taking (back) decision-making authority over our own individual lives.
Maintaining our confidence in our own common sense, our proximity-and-consequence informed insight, and in recognizing the limitations of the book-learned, credentialed “expertise” and “leadership” we have put on pedestals of total trust over us.
The rejection, as much as possible, of the outsourcing of that decision-making authority to others … from our kids’ teachers, to our doctors, our union leaders, our bankers, journalism, all the way up to our government “servants”. We treat them as advisers at best - but never subordinate our individual decisions to them.
Maintaining our flexibility to act on our decisions … managing debt and assets, growing our skill sets, taking the initiative to maximize our own productivity even if our employer doesn’t immediately reward us for it, staying ready to fire our management and hire on with better … and not getting mired in the Silly Strings of expedient “help” from government or others.
It is living outside of these virtues, that has left these people vulnerable to being led on a lemming parade by those who say they Know Better™️
I'm hoping for a reasonable kind of reconciliation with whatever this group of people want to call themselves, but with reconciliation, first there must come a mea culpa and a promise to learn from mistakes.
We're only 2 years out from most democrats saying that people who won't get the covid vaccine should be imprisoned, fined, have their children taken away.
And while that seems like forever ago, it's all part of the same bizarre, inhuman and horrific cultural movement that is now writhing because they lost an election.
I want there to be healing and for people to move forward but not until these people come to their senses, apologize and make amends. I haven't heard A SINGLE person do so. Until then, I'm holding on to my scorn and holding back my forgiveness.
Harris was lying in her speech. They have no intention to unify. They don’t honor the constitution either. They have a financial cataclysm up their sleeve to get their new world they want.
(The guy that prophesied Trump being shot in the ear then winning the election said the disaster will be economic/financial)
I doubt there will be any mea culpa. The Left is fomenting opposition and resistance. They are fully committed to their superiority. (Listen to their claims of being educated and how the Right is not.) The Left is attractive because it offers the illusion of righteousness. People get to feel they are doing good without the work to challenge their assumptions and the actual effect their intentions have on others. Leftism feeds the ego.
I feel the same! Exactly, for me the parallels with our schadenfreude now and their unholy glee in torturing people during the Covid lockdowns are on the same trajectory, even if not the same magnitude, and I don't want to feed in myself anything that would make me like them or justify what they did.
I enjoy it. Many of my friends also enjoy it. But I think you enjoy it even more.
Nothing for us to do but watch with amusement.
And truly I do hope enough of them (not all) but enough do come around and I’ll hold no lasting resentment. For them to come around means my life and our society gets better.
I'm so glad you are getting to experience this. OK, I'm glad I get to experience it. I cannot wait for your show covering the meltdowns. I think it's going to cause a spontaneous orgasm.
“When will they ever learn?” I read in the Atlanta Journal Constitution just now that a county commissioner in Dekalb County has vowed to once again lead the resistance. Dude, clean up the water and sewer system. The county has had to repair the repairs to the same half a block of sewer line in front of our home 5 times already this year.
All around the world....people are celebrating the turn out of our elections?
The little people like us.... Its pretty amazing.
Their governments hate it. And are appalled that their own citizens are celebrating the Trump landslide. It says so much, but what it really screams to me is....we aren't alone in our desire for justice and peace and sanity. <3
I am too. The compilations on Tik Tok ( i don’t even like Tik Tok! ) are the best. The wailing and screaming…. I feel like I’m walking down the hall in a level 4 psych ward🙄
Oh I delight in the Left's pain. I won't lie about it. These bastards stole one of my stepchildren and made it so my own daughter wouldn't talk to me. Screw them all. The only thing that would make it better is round-ups where the retards get deported to Canada.
Hey Josh - 100% with you on this point. What I'm dealing with now is kinda the opposite of this - basically, a reflection of how much the last 4 years has impacted my own life.
I haven't been mentally healthy since (the dysphoria of) COVID struck us all, and the Biden administration only deepened that hole. And as life normally works, the mental angst begot the physical.
It's been a real struggle to survive the last 4 years. For me personally, the political helped to lead to my divorce (although I wholeheartedly acknowledge the buildup of that situation). But it also led to failed professional endeavors, and I feel like I've been doing nothing but surviving...on all fronts.
I'm hopeful that the next 4 (or 8, or God willing, 12-16 years) are the start of a rejuvenation of the American spirit, cast not only within my own brain, but also within those of my fellow Patriots, and within those who've found their way to the light. Thanks for your courage in leading this movement.
Brilliant!!! My sentiments exactly. Listen to Michael Shellenberger’s latest monologue about this very subject - he puts all of this in perspective, as do you. Thank you, once again, for helping me realize that I’m not the only one who feels this way. Like all egocentric toddlers, they will someday realize that they’re not the center of the universe.

I am looking forward to seeing a world of normality and decency. I am ready to leave the last 10 years behind.
I enjoy it. Many of my friends also enjoy it. But I think you enjoy it even more.

Bring extra panties. You're gonna need to swap 'em out.
I'm gonna be wearing an adult diaper that I bought from Sam Brinton.

The US and Canada need a 1:1 population exchange program.
Agreed. Absolutely delicious 😋.

I didn’t expect the sense of relief. Can we have a dance party ??
Looking forward to a great show on Sunday!
