🥹 beautiful song that really expresses what it feels like being hurt, turned against, betrayed and having a friend, a defender, a soldier who has your back to give comfort and solace. I know you have people like that in your life, Josh. Me, for one...virtually, at a distance, kind of a stranger, but...here for you when you need a friend. 🤗

Try, if you can, to take as good of care of yourself as I (or anyone else who you really matter to) would, if one of us was there in person.

Thank you for the great song. Returning the favor:

This is a good song for dark, brooding types of self-pity (and the video is brilliance itself): https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=8AHCfZTRGiI

And this is a good one for intense, wallowing self-pity specifically related to the kind of trauma that few people can understand:

And this is a good transition song to get out of this mood state (i.e. self-pity with a plan):

No talking needed. We each do what we have to when life throws us to the ground. From what you've shared, you've always managed to pick yourself back up. You'll get there. And when you do, I know there are a great many of us who follow you who will be here still.

Homosexicals. Can't do nothin' with 'em.

“One step back, two steps forward”...annoying but I’m focusing on that this month. Writing, keeping track in my monthly planner. I just received yesterday a new daily tracker, sending you a copy through Amazon. Now I’m going for my walk and I’ll listen to your last podcast.

*I’m not a “homosexical” so I’ll put it down to being a Virgo.
