I hear you about Trump, but we have three choices. You have to hand it to RFK Jr. for pointing out that Biden is the worse of two. When Biden says “finish the job” that’s a portent of doom. In the meantime, consider RFK Jr and wonder at the smears against him. He seems far more promising a third party candidate at a time when we need one more than ever.
I had the exact same thought when I saw the pictures of the girl from the assisted suicide article- a histrionic that is eating up the attention. I wouldn’t be surprised if she freaked out and changed her mind at the last minute. We have gotten so comfortable, many people would give anything to have what she has in her life, yet she wants to end her life in her prime. I struggle with the ethics of assisted suicide, and the way they’re doing it now. I can see it from every angle..however, I can’t help but wonder how far it will go, considering the way it’s evolved since it started. I remember hearing about “Dr. Death” (Jack Kevorkian) when I was a teenager in the 90’s. Ultimately, it may not be voluntary.
Btw I totally agree with you about Trump. I’ve had TDS in the past, but the way you articulated your position is exactly the way I feel about things now.
