-George Floyd was not murdered by a cop. His autopsy found no signs of suffocation or windpipe damage. What it did find was lethal levels of fentanyl. We knew this three years ago, but it's coming back around again as a new lawsuit by a Minnesota prosecutor exposes the lies.

I knew that Chauvin was not responsible for George Floyd's death from the get go. Clearly parts of the video were missing when the story broke. They cut out the part where he gets on the ground. Why would that part get cut? If you watch the entire video you see how deferential the cops actually are to this idiot. They called the ambulance so it doesn't even make sense that the conviction is about "what he didn't do." I also researched the "knee on the neck" and learned that this is a sanctioned means of preventing the perp from going into "excited delirium," a fit of superhuman strength that can come with fentanyl overdose. The knee is not on the neck either. It's between his shoulder blade and neck -- this is noted in the trial. Floyd had swallowed fentanyl on an arrest before, so it also makes sense that Chauvin was unfazed while waiting for the medics to come pick him up. He'd been down this road before. Also, perps frequently claim that they can't breathe when getting arrested. The blatant injustice to Chauvin is unconscionable. The woman who filed this lawsuit is a hero. And, last but not least, Floyd is the only person with COVID to not die of COVID in 2020. This story should be all over the news.

I’m just now hearing the October 28 episode and wanted to thank Josh for his final section discussing some listeners’ comments on the previous episode wherein he discussed the atrocities committed by Hamas against Israelis. I was amazed to read such bloodless *composing* going on among the comments and appreciate Josh’s creative approach to pushing back against it. Bravo!
