We’ve got a show for you tomorrow unlike anything we’ve done. The Burlington, Vermont, City Council has passed what it calls a “pro-LGBTQIA+ affirming” resolution.
In fact, the resolution slyly accuses local Vermont homosexuals (me included) of “attacking children”, “violence” against trans people, implies that our word led to the murder of a 29 year-old “trans woman” who picked up a psychopath and went off on a country road in a car with him.
We’re going to take you step by step through the public comments, and the Council deliberations, that happened Monday, March 13, 2023. You will see and hear:
-a Burlington resident accuse us of “brandishing guns” at children at a charity event
-multiple local citizens call us bigots, “right wing extremists,” people who “attack children and schools.”
-trans activists demand to be “served” by the state.
-a Burlingtonian who reports that “hundreds” of people he knows in the city want to “eliminate transphobic people,” which he noted sounds like his grandmother’s tales of German government propaganda from the 1930s
-The director of a trans/queer nonprofit label us a “public health threat”
-A city councilor call for the prosecution of Disaffected Producer Kevin Hurley for “aggressive stickering”
-threats to write targeted ordinances that silence us by making “stickering” a more easily prosecutable crime.
There’s much more.
You don’t want to miss this episode.

Great show, Josh. I don’t envy what you, Kevin, Christopher, Brent, and others are confronting on a daily basis. It sounds like attending one of these meetings is about as close as one could get to ripping the lid off of hell and looking inside. And you do it day after day. So much respect for you.
It was to share your enjoyment of Feud today as well (my first time attending). The side of you we see on the show is always the Josh ready to fight. It was very cool to see you relaxing with something you like. Keep it up.
We've discussed the topic as nauseous (my phone auto corrected ad nauseum to as nauseous and I'm leaving it 🤣) so this is a topic on structure alone.
Your show gets better all the time. It is such a pleasure to watch good work, work done by people who obviously care about doing a good job, and that aspect of the show is quite apparent and very much appreciated. ❤️
