Thanks, Josh! Rob loves making Mac and cheese from scratch. This will be a good project for him.

For an extra sharp cheese, we use Cabot Seriously Sharp white cheddar. It grates like a dream.

Thanks for the tip about just broiling the top rather than baking. My youngest doesn't like baked macaroni and cheese for this reason. I'm going to try this next time I make it.
